As mentioned our December newsletter, you can help protect Florida's Special Places by volunteering not only for Felts Audubon Preserve but for other conservation projects.Be sure to nominate your favorite Special Place, too. Here are some links to get you started.

Saturday Apr. 28, 2012 - Felts Workday

Description - Workday hours are from 8:00 a.m. until noon. Come help to maintain your Preserve. We have volunteer opportunities for most physical levels and ages. Come out and learn more about plants and wildlife habitats. You do not need to stay the entire time; volunteer for as long as you are comfortable.

Friday-Monday May 4-7, 2012 - Apalachicola - Franklin County. Birding Bonanza

Description - .Using vans, we will visit all the best birding areas in in the panhandle. Space is limited.
